  1. 2 cup Soaked whole moong daal
  2. 2-3 Boiled potato
  3. 1 Onion sliced
  4. 3 Green chilli chopped
  5. to taste Salt
  6. to taste Chat masala for sprinkle
  7. as needed Oil for fry

Method

20min.
  1. Add Photo

    Firstly grind the moong make paste.

  2. Add Photo

    Mashed the potatoes mix the onion and chillies.

  3. Add Photo

    Now mix the potatoes mix and moong paste, salt now make kabab.

  4. Add Photo

    Fry the kabab in hot oil.

  5. Add Photo

    Crispy kabab is ready to serve with ketchup / chutney & onion slice
