Apple pomegranate raita

Healthy and tasty raita.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1 grated apple
  3. 3-4 tsp pomegranate pearls
  4. 1 tsp chopped green coriander
  5. 1 tsp black salt
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. To taste salt

Method

  1. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Add hung curd in a mixing bowl, whisk the curd add water and mix well.

    Now add grated apple,pomegranate pearls and chopped green Coriander.

    Add black salt,chat masala,cumin powder,black pepper and salt and mix well.

  4. Blank step
    Add Photo

    Serve in dinner/lunch.
