Oats wheat Chocolate Halwa
It's too healthy dessert and easy to make so try this recipe my unique way eat everyone diabetes peasant because use jaggery & less ghee oats too healthy all ingredients are healthy & tasty.
Ingredients

2 tbsp Oats-

1 tbsp Wheat flour

2 tsp Chocolate Compound-

2 tsp Coco Powder-
-
1-1/2 tbsp or to taste Jaggery-

1 tbsp Ghee-

2 Cup Milk-

1 Cup Water-

as required Cashews & almonds chopped
Cooking Instructions

Take a pan add milk and water then add jaggery and cocoa powder and mix well.Cook on medium heat 5 minutes now add chocolate compound mix well again cook on medium heat 5-6minutes keep string continuously. Keep aside.

In another pan roast the oats golden brown and crispy,grind oats help with roller on rollerboard.

In heavy bottom pan or Kadhai add ghee oats/wheat flour stir continuously until they turn brown.

Now use jaggery and chocolate syrup and cook until it thickenes.Cookwell until ghee leaves on sides and the halwa is dry.

Decorate with chopped dry fruits.
