Ingredients

  1. 6 shimla mirch
  2. 3 potatoes boiled
  3. 2 onions chopped
  4. 1 inch adrak / ginger chopped
  5. 10-12 cloves lahsun / garlic chopped
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  9. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  10. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    Shimla mirch ko dho kar uper se kaat le

  2. 2

    Aalu ko boiled kar chhile le gas on karein Kdai rakhein oil add karein garam hone de jab garam ho jaye to jeera or hig dale.

    Jab bhun jaye tab. lahsun or onion dale bhune.

    Jab onions bhun jaye tab Sabhi masale add karein. Or achchhe se mix karein.

    Ab aalu bhor kar dale achchhe se mix karein.

    Achchhe se bhun le or bhun jaye tab gas band karein garam masala dale or thanda hone de.

    Than aalu masala Mirach me achchhe se bhar de daba kar.

    Jab bhar jaye to opar ki jo cap yani dandi ko nikala tha vh lagade Mirach ko band karein is parkar.

    Gas on karein Kdai rakhein oil add karein garam hone de jab garam ho jaye to shimla mirch Ek ek karke dale.

    Slow flame par bhunne de Charo or se golden brown karein ghuma ghuma kar Ab tayar hai khane me mje dar hai.

    Prose garama garam prathe ya pudi ke sath khaye or khilaye yummy yummy 😋
