Wash a bunch of spinach thoroughly and cook with half cup of water in a pressure cooker around 5 min.

When spinach becomes cool down make a puree using a blender.set this aside.

In a large heavy pan add ghee cumin hing clove ginger and stir fry.

Add onion puree and saute for a while till golden brown now add tomato puree.

Add all spices red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder and salt.saute for 5 to 6 min.

Add spinach puree and cook this for 10 to 15 min.if needed add some water.add kasoori methi and garam masala and stir it.

Serve hot palak paneer.
