Ingredients

9hrs
8-10 servings
  1. 1 ltr whole creame milk
  2. 100 gm sugar
  3. 2 tbspn sour curd
  4. 2 tbspn sweet curd
  5. 1 earthen pot(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    At first bring the milk to boil

  2. 2

    Now add sugar and keep the flame low.

  3. 3

    Allow the milk to reduce.

  4. 4

    Stir the milk properly while reducing.

  5. 5

    Once the milk start to change colour and becomes pinkish remove it from heat

  6. 6

    Now let it cool down to lukewarm.

  7. 7

    Mix the sweet and sour curd together and pour it in the milk.

  8. 8

    Mix it well and keep it to set.

  9. 9

    Let it remain as it is for 7-8hrs.

  10. 10

    Once it is set keep it in a fridge

  11. 11

    Serve it cool
