Wheat flour Choco carrot cake

  1. 1 cup Wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup Sooji
  3. 1/2 cup Grated carrot
  4. 1 tbsp Baking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  6. 1 cup Condensed milk
  7. 2 tbsp Powder sugar
  8. 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  9. 3 tbsp Butter or fresh malai
  10. 1 pinch Salt
  11. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  12. 4 drops Vanilla
  13. 3 tbsp Tuty fruity
  14. Milk if required


  1. Add Photo

    Grease a cake pot dust with wheat flour remove extra flour by tapping the pot

  2. Add Photo

    Seive all dry ingredients twice

  3. Add Photo

    In a bowl take condensed milk and powder sugar mix well till smooth add vanilla

  4. Add Photo

    Add carrot in dry ingredients mix well

  5. Add Photo

    Mix dry ingredients little by little in condensed milk mix well add flour coated tuty fruity mix nicely, keep little tuty fruity for top

  6. Add Photo

    If batter is thick add little milk in room temp

  7. Add Photo

    Preheat oven at 180°C

  8. Add Photo

    Pour the batter in greased pot, sprinkle remaining tuty fruity on top of the batter, tap the pot then bake for 30-35 minutes

  9. Add Photo

    Check with a tooth pick or knife if it comes clean the cake is ready

  10. Add Photo

    Let it cool then demould
