Ingredients

  1. 2 cup lauki grated and bhap me pkaya hua
  2. 4 cup .curd or thick buttermilk
  3. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  4. to taste black salt & white salt
  5. 1 tbsp roasted and dardari pisi Hui mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a big bowl.

    Then curd or buttermilk

  3. 3

    Then add grated &half cooked lauki (bottle gaurd) & mix it very well.

    Then add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, roasted & crushed musterd seeds,black salt, and mix all it very well..

    Enjoy raita in your lunch or dinner.......
