With the help of curd, make a smooth batter of maida, besan corn flour and colour, add baking powder keep rest for 10 minutes.
In a pan add sugar and water and make chashni add cardamom powder to it.
Pour the batter in a jalebi mould and fry the jalebis in hot oil
When done, dip in the sugar syrup after 2 minutes flip the jalebis and after a minute take out and serve
