Ingredients

  1. 2 cup moong dal (4 hours soaked)
  2. 1 cup spinach
  3. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  4. 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  6. to taste Salt
  7. For tempting__
  8. 2 tablespoon oil
  9. 1 teaspoon rai
  10. 1 teaspoon jeera
  11. 1 teaspoon til
  12. 1/2 teaspoon hing
  13. 3 tablespoon chopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Ek mixture bowl me soaked dal,ginger,chilli,garlic paste,salt,spinach,1/4 cup water add karein or batter ready karein

  2. 2

    Steamer me dhokla dish grease karein,batter pore karein,or 15_20 min.steam karein

  3. 3

    Thoda thanda karein,ek pan me oil,rai,jeera,til,hing,dale,or dhokla ke uper pore karein

  4. 4

    Uper se chopped coriander se garnish karein
