1 kg chicken

100 g yoghurt

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

1 tsp Degi Lal mirch

100 g onions

200 g tomatoes

1 maze

2 tbsp oil

50 g butter

5 g fresh chopped coriander leaves

5 g ginger cut for garnish

Heat oil and butter in a non stick kadai cook properly then add bay leaf, maze, and ginger garlic paste Saute over medium flame add chopped onion cook until it's Brown add chopped tomatoes and butter mix it well untill masala leaves the oil then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala powder, and salt. mix it well then seive the gravy. Bring it to boil and add marinated chicken.then cover the kadai with the lid and see the chicken after a few minutes. dishes ready to serve.
