Ingredients

  1. 500 gm amla
  2. 50 gm ajwain
  3. 100 gm salt
  4. 1spoon black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all amlas and drain the water.

    Now grate all amlas and put out seeds.

  3. 3

    Now sprinkle all ingredients.

  4. 4

    Mix as well and dry it for one week on the sun light.

  5. 5

    After one week your pachan amla is ready to eat.

    Put it air tight container for one year.

  7. 7

    Enjoy.
