A very quick, tasty and healthy food. Can be made in jus less than 15 mins.
Ingredients

1 bunch Palak

250 g Paneer
-
1 Onion

1 spoon ginger finely chopped

1 spoon garlic finely chopped

2-3 green chillies finely chopped
-
1 spoon Jeera
-
1/2 spoon Jeera Power

1 big spoon Coriander seed Powder

1 spoon oil or butter
-
2 spoons fresh cream (optional)

1/2 spoon black salt

to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions

Wash, blanch and grind palak leaves.

1 spoon butter/oil in a pan. Add cummin seeds+ finely chopped ginger+ finely chopped garlic+ finely chopped chillies+ finely chopped onion saute till the raw smell is gone.

Once done. Add Cummin powder + Coriander seed powder + black salt + salt saute for a minute

Now to it add the Palak puree cook till the raw smell is off (may take 3-4 mins)

To it add the Paneer cubes and let is boil for another 2 mins.

End it with 2 spoons of fresh cream. Palak Paneer is ready :)
