Hongkong Fried Rice
Ingredients

2 cup long grain rice

1 cup mix vegetable (cabbage, carrot, onion, green onion)

1 tbsp Oil

3 tbsp chilli sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

Pinch salt

1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil and add all vegetables in it and toss it.

Now add ginger garlic paste and chilli sauce and soy sauce in it and mix it. Add pinch of salt and mix it.

Add rice in it and mix it well and serve it hot with shezwan sauce
