1 bowl besan (gram flour)

1 pinch baking soda

1/2 tsp jeera

1 onion paste

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp haldi powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp dhaniya powder

as needed Oil for frying & cooking

according to the taste Salt

as needed Hara dhaniya for garnishing

Besan me baking soda Mila kar normal dough ready karein...

Ab ek pan me 2 glass water boil karein aur besan dough se(gatte) belnakar (cylinder) shape ready kar boil water me 6se 7 min tak pakayein...

Ab gatto Ko water se Nikal kar Kate (1inch ke tukde me)...

Ab ek pan me fry krne ke liye oil garamkre aur gatto Ko shallow fry karein...

Ab sabzi bnane ke liye...ek pan me oil garamkre usme jeera crackle karein.

Onion paste,ginger & garlic paste dal kar pink hone tak pakaye...

Haldi dale,dhaniya powder dal kar 2 min tak pakayein....
