Mango semolina cake

  1. 1 cup Semolina-
  2. 1/4 cup Mango puree
  3. 1 cup Milk powder-
  4. 1/2 cup Powder sugar-
  5. 1/2cup Oil-
  6. 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda-
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder-
  8. 1/2cup Milk-
  9. 1 teaspoon Mango essence-
  10. 2 tablespoons Chopped cashewnut-

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat cooker and layered the base with salt and place a ring.

    Add the mango puree, Semolina, Milk powder,oil in a bowl and mix well.

    Now add mango essence, Baking powder and baking soda,Powder sugar,Milk and mix well.

    Let it rest for 15 minutes.

    Now pour the batter in grease mould and garnish with chopped cashewnut.

    Place the mould in cooker and bake for 45 minutes on slow flame.
