Ingredients

  1. 2 cup Sattu (250 gm)
  2. 1.5 cup Boora ya powder sugar (200-250 gm)
  3. 1 cup Ghee (200gm)
  4. 6 Green cardamom
  5. Chopped dry fruits of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. add ghee and sattu.. and roast it for 5 to 6 minutes on a low flame with a continuous stirr..

    Now cool completely

    Grind cardamom and make a fine powder..

    Add dry fruits like pistachio, almond, walnut, cashew etc and cardamom powder in the mixture..

    Add boora or powder sugar in the mixture..

    Mix it well

    Now shape this mixture in the shape of laddoos or whatever the shape you want..

    Garnish it with dry fruits and enjoy..

    It should be keep in mind that do not mix sugar when the mixture is hot.. otherwise the mixture become watery and not b able to bind it..
