Ingredients

  1. 6 slices Bread
  2. 1 litre Milk
  3. 1 spoon Custard powder
  4. 1 spoon Corn flour
  5. 1 pinch Kesar
  6. 1/2 cup Sugar
  7. 5 pieces Pistachio
  8. 10 pieces Almond

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add milk boil it on medium flame so that it's decrease to 1/2of the quantity.

    Take a bowl add corn flour and custard powder then add 2spoon milk mix it well.

    Add this mixture in pan and stir it. Cook for 2min then turn off the flame.

    Add sugar mix it well.

    Cut the slices of bread in round shape.

    Take a serving plate add bread then add rasmalai then sprinkle almond and pistachio.

  7. 7

    Rasmalai is ready to serve.
