Simple and nutritious muffins for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1/2 cup jaggery

1 egg
-
2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Combine wheat flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder.

Mash the banana. Add jaggery, egg, milk and butter. Beat well.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix till just combined.

Pour in a greased muffin pan. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.

Serve warm.
