Ingredients

  1. 1 cup moong daal
  2. 1 green chilli
  3. 1 tsp ginger paste
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. 1/2 cup paneer buji

Method

  1. Daal ko 3-4 Hours ko soak kar le or phir mixi mein green chilli daal kar smooth paste bana le.

  2. Ab ak tawe ko gram Karein or usspar oil lagaye.

  3. Moong daal paste mein salt or ginger paste daal kar ache se mix kar le.

  4. 1 tbsp daal ka paste tawe par daal kar acche se falaye or sikne de.

  5. Jab ak taraf se Sikh jae to dusri taraf palat kar oil laga de.

  6. Ab uss par paneer ke bhuji falaye or fold kar ke plate mein nikaal le.

  7. Cheelo ka maja le.
