Ingredients

  1. 2 cup white chana
  2. 1 tea bag
  3. 1 Moti elaichi
  4. 1 tez patta
  5. 1 dal chinni
  6. 2 Chopped onion
  7. 3 Chopped tomato
  8. Ginger julian
  9. Hari mirch sliced
  10. 2 tbsp maalayi
  11. 2 tbsp Ghee
  12. 2 tsp Chana masala
  13. 1 tsp Kala namak
  14. 1 tsp Lal mirch powder
  15. 2 tsp Dhania powder
  16. 1 tsp zeera powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    To boil chaana.. take cooker add chana.. tea bag..salt..moto elaichi.. whistle till soft

  2. 2

    Now take a kadayi add oil/ghee..zeera..all sabut garam masalas.. and onion.. saute for 5 min.

    Now add tomato..ginger..hari mirch..saute for 2 min.add masalas and malayi..

  4. 4

    Saute till oil gets separate.. add boiled chana.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 10 min. Servee with kulchas.
