Ingredients

for 4 persons
  1. 1 big katori Semolina
  2. 2 onion finely chopped
  3. Fresh peas smallcup
  4. 1 carrot finely chopped
  5. 10 french beans finely chopped
  6. 6 cashewnuts
  7. leaves Curry
  8. Ground nuts
  9. Juice of half lemon
  10. 1 tbsp Oil
  11. Salt and haldi as required
  12. Pinch sugar
  13. 1 tsp ghee
  14. 10 pieces groundnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in pan

    Add mustard seeds saute

    Add curry leaves saute add ground nuts

  4. 4

    Add green chillies and finely chopped onion

    Saute

    Add all veggies and little salt

  7. 7

    Cook till veggies are tender

    Add 2 and half katoris of water

  9. 9

    Let it boil

    Add salt as required

    And haldi

    Add semolina and continue to stir

    When water is absorbed add juice of lemon fried Cashewnuts abd ghee

    Mix nicely

    Cover with lid

    Off the gas

    Transfer into serving bowl.
