Soyabean rice

Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 2 cup rice
  2. 1 cup soyabean(soaked in water for half hour)
  3. 2 onion sliced
  4. 1 tomato chopped
  5. 1 TSP garlic paste
  6. 1 TSP ginger paste
  7. Oil
  8. to taste Salt
  9. Coriander leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice for 15 minutes.Heat the oil in wok.

    Add ginger, garlic and chillies paste.Saute till golden brown.

    Add sliced onions and saute for 1minute.

  4. 4

    Remove the excess water from soyabean and put it in the wok and saute for 2 minutes.

    Then add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.

    Add soaked rice,coriander leaves and 4 cups of water. Stir it and cover the lid.

    When the rice starts boiling medium the flame and cook till the rice is done.

    Transfer into serving dish with raita and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve hot.
