Hi friends today I am with a healthy recipe which requires less ingredients and less oil.
That is Bread_Egg Delight. I am making this for 1 person.
So here goes the recipe.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 pc Egg
  2. 2 pc Bread Slices
  3. 1 Tea spoon Green chilli chopped
  4. 1 large Onion chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Slightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or tawa.

    Now in a bowl mix the egg yolk, salt, green chilli, onion and beat well with the help of fork.

    How heat oil/ butter in a pan. And add the egg mixture into it.

    Now place the bread slices on it.

    When the egg gets fried on one side turn it slowly. Do it very carefully or else it will get broken.

    When it gets fried from both the sides take it out of the pan.

    Now garnish with pepper and sauce. Serve hot
