  1. 250 g semiya [bambino] dry roast light brown keep a side
  2. 50 g aloo
  3. 5o g beans cut julions
  4. 50 g carrot cut julions
  5. 20 g green chillies slit
  6. 1/2 cup curry leaves
  7. 1 bunch hara daniya [cilantro]
  8. 1 cup onion chopped
  9. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 50 ml oil
  11. 2 tsp shahi jeera [black cumin]
  12. as per taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeeera,curry leaves,green chillies,onion,g g paste.fry it for 2 min.now add water for 1 cup semiya to 1 cup water,boil water add salt now pour semiya in boiling water mix well cover the lid turn flame in to sim mix it for every 2 min for 3 times cook for 5 min and sprikle hara daniya.

    Serve with raitha or any chutyney.
