Ingredients

250 g semiya [bambino] dry roast light brown keep a side

50 g aloo

5o g beans cut julions

50 g carrot cut julions

20 g green chillies slit

1/2 cup curry leaves

1 bunch hara daniya [cilantro]

1 cup onion chopped

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
-
50 ml oil
-
2 tsp shahi jeera [black cumin]

as per taste salt
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeeera,curry leaves,green chillies,onion,g g paste.fry it for 2 min.now add water for 1 cup semiya to 1 cup water,boil water add salt now pour semiya in boiling water mix well cover the lid turn flame in to sim mix it for every 2 min for 3 times cook for 5 min and sprikle hara daniya.

Serve with raitha or any chutyney.
