  1. 1cup Basmati rice
  2. 50gm paneer
  3. 1bowl Mix veggie (chopped carrot, capsicum, bean, cauliflower)
  4. 1 Star anise
  5. 1 cinnamon stick
  6. 5 Cloves
  7. 3 Green cardamom
  8. 1/2cup Raisin, cashew nuts
  9. 3 tspn Curd


  1. Change

    Boil rice with whole spices.Drain the water & keep aside

  2. Change

    Fry cashew nuts & raisin & take out from pan.

  3. Change

    Fry paneer & keep aside.

  4. Change

    Heat oil, add onion-ginger-garlic paste,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, biryani masala & garam masala

  5. Change

    Add curd.

  6. Change

    Add veggies.

  7. Change

    Add fried paneer

  8. Change

    Cook it for 10mins.

  9. Change

    Add cooked rice on the top of the veggies.Also add fried onion & cashew nuts & raisin.

  10. Change

    Cover it & cook it for another 10 mins & thsn serve.
