Ingredients

  1. 100 gm Arhar ki dal
  2. 200 gm water
  3. 1tsp salt
  4. 1tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tarmric powder
  7. 1/2tsp rai dale
  8. 1/2tsp dhaniya powder
  9. 1/2 gram masala
  10. 2 tbs oil
  11. 3,4 red shukhi Mirach
  12. 6,7 kri patta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dal ko achchhe se dho le.

    Gas on karein cooker me pani dale or dal add karein salt, tarmric powder add karein or cooker band karein.

    Do siti aane par gas band karein or thanda hone par cooker khol le.

  4. 4

    Gas on karein Kdai rakhein osme butter dale or rai, jeera, shukhi mirch add karein or achchhe se bhun le.

  5. 5

    Ab lahsun add karein or bhu le.

  6. 6

    Ab adrak or tamater dale pakayein jab tmater gal jaye to red chilli powder dale or Samber masala dale bhun le.

  7. 7

    Ab dal ko Tadke me dale or mix karein or gas band karein dal tayar hai.

  8. 8

    Chawal ya dose ke sath prose garama garam khaye or khilaye.
