  1. 1 big bringal (bharta wala)
  2. 1 Onion chopped medium size
  3. 1 tomato chopped mediun size
  4. 2-3 Green chilli
  5. 8-10 piece Garlic
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  8. 1/2 tsp Red mirchi
  9. Salt as per taste


20-30 miin
  1. First turn on the gas put the brinjal on the gas flame for 5 min in the medium flame

  2. Turn it on al all side to cook nicely

  3. Remove burnt skin of the brinjal

  4. Mess the bringal

  5. Heat the oil in a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed we add chopped garlic fry till light brown then add chopped onion and green chillies saute till onion get soft and smooth

  6. Then add tomato saute till tomato get soft and pulpy

  7. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder then mix it well

  8. Then add bringal mess with salt saute for 2-3 mins

  9. After brinjal bharta is ready garnish with coriander leaves

  10. Eat goes well with paratha and chapati

  11. I like to eat bringal bharta mix up with dahi it's become more tasty and yummy
