Ingredients

  1. 2 batches fried noodles
  2. 1 no. sliced onion
  3. 1 no Julian cut gajar
  4. 2 medium Julian cut capsicum
  5. 2 tsp soya sauce
  6. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  7. 2 tsp vinegar
  8. salt as par taste
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in a wok saute all vegetables.

    Add chilli flaks and salt

  3. 3

    Add sauces and vinegar

  4. 4

    Add fried noodles and mix well

  5. 5

    Garnish with dhania patta and serve hot.
