Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Oats
  2. to taste Sugar
  3. 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence (optional)
  5. as needed Milk

Steps

  1. Take non stick pan heat pan add 1 cut oats. Let oats b saute on low flame for 2 mins. Stire it in between. Now add milk to it and stire and add sugar according to your taste mix and let it boil now when you get kheer consistency add cardamom powder and vanilla essence (optional) and your oats kheer is ready
