Keeping in mind the concept of healthy salad ,i tried to make it as less as possible in calories..To boost up the salad ,lots of protein rich sprouts,veggies,nuts are added with low fat paneer and milk,mint ,black salt dressing giving it a tangy and creamy taste making it a perfect combination for a healthy salad...

Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  1. 1 cup Sprouts and peanuts soaked -
  2. 2 Walnuts broken -
  3. -2 tsp Cucumber chopped
  4. 2 tsp Cabbage chopped-
  5. 2 tsp Spring onions finely chopped-
  6. -2 tsp Tomato finely chopped
  7. -2 tsp Carrot grated
  8. -2 tsp Beetroot grated-
  9. -2 tsp Pomegranate-
  10. 1/2 tsp Lemon -
  11. -50 gm Dressing-low fat paneer cubed
  12. -1/2 cup or as required Low fat milk to grind
  13. 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed -
  14. 1 Green chilli
  15. 1 tsp Green coriander-
  16. -4 to 5 Mint leaves
  17. to taste salt
  18. 1/4 tsp Black salt-
  19. For flowers on salad -
  20. 1/2 -turnip
  21. 1 Beetroot
  22. -2 Cucumbers small
  23. 1/2 Carrot-
  24. 1 Apple for swan

Method

20 minutes
  1. Change

    Firstly chop all vegetables...and wash the socked sprouts.

  2. Change

    To prepare the dressing grind paneer, milk, green coriander, green chilli,few mint leaves.

  3. Change

    Grind the dressing ingredients to fine smooth creamy batter and add balck salt, crushed blackpepper and salt to taste.

  4. Change

    Now mix the sprouts, veggies and dressing all together...add lemon juice,can be adjusted according to taste.

  5. Change

    For further salad decorations roses are made out by rolling thin circled shape beetroot,turnip,cucucumber pieces.

  6. Change

    For apple swan cut the apple into half vertically. now at 1 side slice out apple piece by cutting at 90degree...rest refer the picture.for head, shape up the remaining apple piece.

  7. Add Photo

    Note:Add the dressing to sprouts and veggies just before you eat.. and enjoy the real goodness of this tangy creamy and healthy salad..
