Mix besan and water till no lumps.
Make sugar syrup,boil the sugar syrup of 1 thread consistency.
Now heat ghee in a deep kadahi and pour 4to5spoon batter at a time over a large round perforated spoon.
Medium flame and deep fry the boondi just for 4times.
After that remove the boondi from oil and put them in the hot sugar syrup and mix well.
