Ingredients

  1. 1 onion finely chopped
  2. 1 carrots finely chopped
  3. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  4. 1 cup cabbage chopped
  5. 4 garlic chopped
  6. 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  7. 2 tsp soya sauce
  8. 1-2 drops vinegar
  9. 2 tsp corn flour
  10. 1/2 cake of noodles
  11. as needed Oil for frying

    First boil the noodles

    Keep it cool

    Add corn flour mix well them and cut the small pieces

    Fry it keep it one side

    Take a cooker heat 1 tsp oil

    Add garlic chopped

    Add green chilli chopped

    Add onion saute it for 2 min

    Add veggies saute till soft

    Now add 4 glass of water

    Boil it

    When boil add vinegar and soya sauce

    Add salt and a pinch ajinomoto

  14. 14

    At the last add corn flour in it

    Mix well and boil it till soup is thicker

    Now you serve it with fry noodles
