  1. 1 bunch coriander leaves
  2. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  3. 5-6 cloves garlic
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 1/2 cup chopped vegetables
  6. 1 cup cooked rice
  7. To taste Salt

  9. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  10. 1 tablespoon oil
  11. 1 tablespoon ghee

  1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan

  8. Add this paste to the vegetables in the pan and add a little water and let it cook for sometime
