  1. 3 Boil potatoes
  2. 2 Cut sliced onions
  3. 6 green chillies
  4. 200 gram wheat floor

Method

  1. Blank step

    First of all boil this potatoes in cooker for 15 minute with adding of 1 tbspn of salt then. Mash this boiled potatoes properly with hands or knifer..

    Add some cooking oil in pan add crushed Cummin powder, add onions to it then stir it well till becomes brown and add green chilli stir it well..

  3. Change

    Add red chilli paste 1 tbspn, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder then add all mashed potatoes to this, little amul butter and mix it well and keep aside this mixture and then make small balls or you can take small amount while making paratha put some sheet flour to remove oily

  4. Change

    Make small roll of chapati then add this stuff it with poatoes as shown in the pic add put in tawa and cook well add oil while cooking little then turn then cook like this all make and keep aside..

    In this shape it will come your aaloo paratha and the. You can have with curd, chutney, pickle salad as you like
