Wash dal. And then pressure cook it for 4 whistle with water, 1 tsp of oil and salt. Just remember we need to cook till it get cook but still hold it's shape.

Now strain water from dal. Just keep little water that will help it to mix. Now take dal into kadhai, add gud, Elaichi powder, nutmeg powder and mix it and cook it till it mix well and dal gets soft. After that using puran machine make soft puran (filling).

Before making puran try to make dough for it. Take maida or fine flour of wheat. And make softest dough of it using water, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of oil. And cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 1 hour.

Start heating khapar on chulha as it take longer to heat.

Make small balls from dough. Roll 2 small puries. Fill almost double stuffing and cover it with 2nd puri. Gently close it with using finger. Dust some bajra flour. Roll it using rolling pin. Then take poli in hand and use fist to elbow to stretch. Streach it as much as possible. And put it on khapar.

On khapar cook it till it get some brownish spot. And then flip it (if you don't flip it then also ok. It is so delicate it doesn't need to cook from other side.) and just give heat to other side for 10-20seconds. And then take it down. Fold it like cloth. And it's ready.

Pour ghee while serving it.
