Ingredients

  1. 4 Spinach... bunches
  2. 300 gram Paneer
  3. 3 tsp Oil or butter
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  7. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  8. 8-10 Cloves garlic
  9. as needed Fresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Remove stems and wash spinach.. blanch it in salted boiling water for 4 minutes

    Refresh in chilled water..

  3. 3

    Squeeze out excess water.and grind it into a fine paste along with green chilies.

    Cut the paneer into bite size pieces..

    Chopped garlic

  6. 6

    Heat oil or ghee in a pan.add cumin seeds..when they begin to change colour add chopped garlic..add spinach puree and stir for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add salt and sugar..add little water if required..

    When gravy comes to a boil add paneer dices and mix well.

    Add lemon juice

    Add fresh cream.and serve with phulka or nan....
