Jaggery malpua
Ingredients

1 cup Wheat flour

1.5 cup Milk

2 tbsp Clarified butter
-
1 tsp Cardamom powder
-
1 tbsp Crushed cashew nuts

1 tbsp Raisins

Oil for frying
Cooking Instructions

Take a large bowl mix together wheat flour,jaggery/gud,cardamom powder,clarified butter,milk,cashew nuts and raisins

Make a smooth batter.

Heat enough oil in a pan.

Pour one tbsp batter into the hot oil.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour.

Flipping once in between.

Always cook in medium flame.
