Besan ladoo

Ingredients

  1. 4 cup besan
  2. 2 cup ghee
  3. 2 cup bura
  4. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cup almonds semi crushed

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in deep pan and add besan and cook it on low flame

    Fry it till it turns it colour and leaves ghee

    Add cardamom and almond crush and mix it well

    Let it cool down completely and then mix sugar to it

    Now make small size of ladoo and place them in plate and let them set down before you store them in jar
