I Made jarda Pulav in occasion of basant panchmi.... easy to make and tasty sweet pulav.

  1. 2 cup Basmati Rice
  2. 4 cup Water
  3. 1/8 tsp saffron
  4. 3 tablespoon ghee
  5. 1/4 cardamom powder
  6. 10-15 raisins
  7. 8 chopped almond
  8. 8-10 cherry for garnish
  9. 1/8 yellow food colour
  10. Sugar 1 and half cup
  11. Clove 4-5


  1. Add Photo

    Soak rice for 30 minute then staron water and ke a side.

  2. Add Photo

    Take pressure cooker add ghee then add saffron and then add clove, and 4 cup water.mix well and wait fir a boil.

    Now add soaked rice and sugar mix well.

    Pressure cooker it for 2 whistle on medium flame fir 6 to 7 minute.

    Then keep it in steam for 5 minute.

    Once the pressure settle down, open the the lid, garnish with chopped almond and raisins and cherry.

    Zara pulav is ready to serve.
