Potato chop
Ingredients

6 Potatoes -

2 tbsp Cornflour -

1 tbsp Rice flour -

to taste Salt -

1/2 cup Oil -

For stuffing

100 gms Boiled peas -

1 pinch Cumin seeds -

2 Chopped green chillies -

Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Chopped ginger - 1 inch stick

1 Chopped onion -
-
to taste Salt -

1 tbsp Oil -
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle.

.Add onion and stir fry for one mins.

Add green chilli,ginger and boiled peas and saute for 2 - 4 mins

Add salt and green coriander leaves.

Now stuffing is ready

Pressure cook potatoes with one cup of water.

After one whistle switch off the gas.

Drain water and keep aside.

Mash the boiled potatoes.

Add corn flour and rice flour and salt to the potatoes and mix well

Fill the peas stuffing in the mashed potatoes dough

Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness

Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colour.

Flipping once in between.

Always cook in medium flame.

Drain extra oil in paper napkin.
