Ingredients

  1. 3 whole wheat bread
  2. 5 tsp milk
  3. 1/2 tsp or to taste salt
  4. 1/2 tsp finely chopped coriander levels
  5. 3 tsp butter for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the bread into desired shape. whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, coriander levels and vanilla extract in a shallow dish.

    One- by-one dip, the bread into the egg mixture until it is evenly coated on both sides.

  3. 3

    Melt butter in pan, on the stove top medium heat. fry toast in pan until golden brown, carefully turn it and cook on onther side. Then serve warm with coriander chatny and tomato sauce.
