First take a kadai put on the gas.switch on and add two spoon oil and do hot.
Now add green peas and chanasaute aswell onthe slow flame.
Now add all othet dry ingredients and stir as well.
Now add also rosted besan and stir as well till light brown.
Now filling is ready to stuff.
Now make a dough with maida suji and salt.add two spoon oil for moin.
Now take a some dough and do shape like a kachori or bowl with hands.put filling with spoon in it.
Put kadai and oil on the gas.switch on and do hot.
Now fry all kachori one by one on the flame.
Serve hot kachori with red chutney or green chutney as you like.
