Veg pulao
Ingredients

1 cup rice / washed and soak

3 tsp ghee

1 bay leaf

1/2 cumin seeds

2 green cardamom
-
3 cloves
-
1 inch cinnamon stick

1 medium siz chopped onion

1 choopd green chilli
-
1 tsp chopped garlic and ginger

2 1/2 cup water
-
1/2 cup chopped mix vegetables

1 tsp salt to taste
Cooking Instructions

Heat a pressore cooker. Add the ghee and whole spices, fry until fragrant about 20 seconds.

Add the onion, ginger and garlic saute until the onion turns pinck and soft, about 2 minutes.

Add the veggies and give it a good mix. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add the rice, water and mix well. Cover the cooker and wait and set the heat to medium low. let the veg pulao cook for 2 whistle.

Let the steam escape completely by leaving the pressure cooker along the open. add the chopped coriander levels serve hot.
