Ingredients

  1. 1 cup green peas coarsely crushed
  2. 1 cup Besan
  3. 2 tbsp Rice flour
  4. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 3-4 Chopped green chillies
  6. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  7. Salt (to taste)
  8. 1 cup Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients with besan and rice flour except oil and make a smooth batter with the help of water.

    Heat oil in a kadai and fry the crispy pakora. Drain on a paper napkin.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with mustard sauce and tea
