Ingredients

1 cup green peas coarsely crushed

1 cup Besan

2 tbsp Rice flour

1 tsp Red chilli powder

3-4 Chopped green chillies

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Salt (to taste)

1 cup Oil
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients with besan and rice flour except oil and make a smooth batter with the help of water.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the crispy pakora. Drain on a paper napkin.

Serve hot with mustard sauce and tea
