  2. Finely chopped onion - 1 big size
  3. 2 Chopped green chilli -
  4. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste -
  5. 2 tbsp Tomato paste -
  6. 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds -
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder -
  8. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder -
  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder -
  10. 1/2 tsp Hot spices/garam masala -
  11. 4 tbsp Oil -
  12. 50 gms Butter -
  13. to taste Salt -
  14. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add cumin seeds to crackle.

  3. Add onion and green chilli and saute till light brown.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste and all dry spices and 2 tbsp water and saute till oil leaves the pan.

  5. Add tomato paste and mix well

  6. Add green peas and salt and saute for 2 - 3 mins.

  7. Add one cup of water and cover it.

  8. Cook in a low flame for 10 mins.

  9. Before serving add butter.
