  1. 1 bunch palak boiled
  2. 1 cup chole boiled with kasturi methi
  3. 2 sp onion garlic paste
  4. 250 gm tuvar brinjal and papdi green chane
  5. ajwain and jeera 1 sp
  6. 8 tomato puree
  7. dry masale
  8. 2 bowl makki and bajri aatta
  9. 4 sp ghee or oil

Steps

  1. Put kadai and make gravy with tomato,garlic onion paste saiye as well.add palak and add salt, dry masale.now boil it on the slow flame for ten minutes.

  2. Put kadai and add oil.make tomato gravy same as palak

  3. Put kadai add jeera and ajwain crackle it.now add veggies and stir as well.add one bowl water and cook on slow flame.

  4. Make a dough of makki and bajri with salt red chilli powder and ghee.add some water and make a dough like as a puri.roll it with rollerpin.you make it also with hands.

  5. Put tawa and make roti on the slow flame till light brown.

  6. Serve gud and frozen mango rass with it.
