Ab 1 pan ko garam karein usme oil dale phir egg dale aur use lal hone tak fry kar use nikal le.

Ab usi oil me jira, tejpatta, lal mirch dale onion paste and ginger -garlic paste dale bhune phir usme sabhi masale dale mix karein ab usme tomato paste dale oil ko separate hone tat bhune ab usme pani dale jitni aapko gravy rakhni ho utna hi pani dale jab gravy boil hone lage to usme egg dalkar dhak kar 5 min tak medium flam par pakaye phir usme dhania patti and garam masala dale aur gas off karein.
