Hot yummy Gujarati ragi khichu loved by all our families
Ingredients

2 cups Ragi flour
-
1/4 cup curd
-
1 1/2 cups water
-
1/4 tsp Asafoetida/ hing
-
1/2 tsp green chillies chopped
-
1/2 tsp chilli powder
-
1 tsp jeera
-
to taste Salt
-
as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing

as needed Oil
Cooking Instructions

In a pan, take water and whisked curd and bring to boil.

Add salt, jeera, hing, chilli powder, chopped chilli.

Add Ragi flour and stir vigorously till no lumps are left.

Cover the pan for 10 minutes for cooking.

Garnish it with chopped coriander and oil.
