Ingredients

  1. 2 cup bajre ka ata
  2. as needed Water
  3. to taste Salt
  4. As needed Ghee paratha sekne ke liye

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle ate m namak dalkar pani add karke and ar ata gund lijiye.

    Then ab sukhe ate ki help se bajre ke parathe ko beliye ar garam tawa par dal dijiye.

    Ab palatkar dekhiye thodi chitti a gai ho to dusri side palat dijiye.

    Ab ghee lagakr paratha sek lijiye.

  5. 5

    Garam paratha rayte ar alu methi ki sabji ke sath serve kijiye.
